1          Cup Liquid Egg Substitute

4          Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate, Chopped

1/2       Cup Butter Substitute

1 1/2    Cups Sugar

2          Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

3/4       Cup Flour

1          Cup Chopped English Walnuts

Pinch  Salt


Preheat The Oven To 350 Degrees F. Line An 8" Baking Pan With Parchment Paper. Melt The Chocolate And Butter In A Heavy Bottomed Pan Over Low Heat And Let Cool. Add Sugar To Beaten Egg Substitute And Flavor With Vanilla. Sift Flour And Salt And Fold In With A Metal Spoon. Add The Chocolate Mixture And The Nuts. Place In The Baking Pan And Bake For 30 Minutes Or Until A Toothpick Comes Out Clean. Cool In The Pan And Serve Either Chilled Or At Room Temperature.

Refrigerate For At Least 2 Hours For Easier Cutting. Serves 16
