Bruschetta
4 Slices Italian Bread
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
4 Plum Tomatoes, Sliced
2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper, Fresh Ground
Use A Broiler To Toast The Bread On Both Sides. Rub The Upper Surfaces With Garlic And Sprinkle With Olive Oil. Top With Slices Of Tomato And Sprinkle With Fresh Basil And Black Pepper. Serve Immediately While The Toast Is Still Warm.
Notes: Excellent Source Of Vitamin C.
