2 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Catsup
3 Drops Tabasco Sauce
1 Head Limestone Or Butter Lettuce(Optional)
4 Wedges Lemon
Combine The Mayonnaise, Ketchup And Tabasco Sauce Together In A Bowl. Add The Baby Shrimp And Mix Well. Lay The Lettuce Leaves In The Base Of Individual Appetizer Dishes And Arrange The Shrimp Mixture On The Top. Garnish With The Lemon Wedges And Fresh Parsley. Serve Chilled.
